Kazuya Nobe

Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University, Faculty of Business Administration. Spent over 10
years in consulting, specializing in business strategy and marketing, at PwC, Arthur Andersen,
and a consulting firm affiliated with Itochu Corporation. Joined Revamp Corporation in 2006,
assuming the role of CEO at a cosmetics company, where he strengthened overseas
operations. Led an MBO from the founding family in 2012, exited by a transfer to an external fund.
Appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Marketing at Lawson, Inc. in 2013. In 2019, became Executive Officer at Mercari, Inc., serving as Mercari Japan CMO and CBO. In 2022, joined SmartNews, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Japan Business, contributing to significant growth in the company's MAU (Monthly Active Users) and business expansion.
From November 2024, joined Enito Group as the Group CEO, and assumed the Representative Director in December 2024.
Additionally, had served as an outside director for Oisix ra Daichi Inc. and Loyalty Marketing, Inc.

During his tenure, he held a key role in investment management, overseeing numerous successful deals. In 2018, he assumed the position of Director and CFO at VisasQ Inc., a dynamic start-up company. In this capacity, he spearheaded the company's structural development, financing initiatives, and the strategic acquisition of overseas entities, positioning it for listing on the TSE Growth Market. In December 2021, he made a significant transition to with, Inc., as an Executive Officer and CFO in January 2022.

Upon completing her university studies, she embarked on her professional journey at Roland Berger Ltd. During her tenure, she specialized in developing robust business and marketing strategies, as well as providing support for the successful launch of new ventures across diverse sectors such as consumer goods and automotive. Following this, she transitioned to the president's office of a prominent Malaysian restaurant company, where she played a vital role in expanding their international operations. Her expertise was further honed while working with a notable Japanese restaurant company, spearheading the launch of their overseas business initiatives. Building upon her experience, she assumed the position of Chief of Staff (CoS) at a digital gift company before joining with Inc. in October 2021 as the Vice President of Corporate Planning and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Office.

Following his graduation from university, he embarked on his professional journey at an organizational HR consulting firm, where he specialized in recruitment strategy planning and execution. Subsequently, he assumed the role of HR Manager at a smartphone game publishing company, where he held overall HR responsibilities. In 2018, he joined EY Strategy and Consulting, where he took on leadership positions in projects related to organizational HR. These included group restructuring, establishment of new companies, and post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives. In February 2022, he joined with Inc. as the Vice President of People and Head of the HR Strategy Office.

After gaining experience at Coupot (Groupon Japan, Inc.), he joined IGNIS Ltd. in February 2016. Initially, at "with," a subsidiary of IGNIS Ltd., he served as a data analyst responsible for driving growth in web and application services. Eventually, he assumed the role of Business Manager. Following the independence of with Inc. from Ignis, he was appointed as the Representative Director and Chief Business Officer (CBO) in February 2022.

Following his graduation from Hitotsubashi University, he began his professional career at Recruit Co. Initially, he held responsibilities in system development and company-wide online marketing. Later, as an Executive Officer at Recruit Sumai Company, he focused on enhancing the media value within the housing sector, with a particular emphasis on SUUMO.
In 2018, he transitioned to Renoveru Inc., where he took on the crucial role of overseeing marketing and the IT product division. His efforts aimed to strengthen the value chain and drive the company's digital transformation (DX).
In December 2022, he joined Net Marketing Inc. He was appointed CEO of Omiai Inc. in December 2023, having served as Executive Officer and COO of that company since March of that year.

Ryoma Yasunobu

He initiated his career in customer service at a telemarketing company, gaining early experience in the field. Subsequently, he transitioned to roles involving operational and organizational management of customer service departments in various domestic and international companies. In 2016, he became a part of Eureka Inc., where he achieved a significant milestone by introducing the first comprehensive in-house customer care system in Japan that operated with a 24/7/365 presence of operators. Recognizing his contributions, he was appointed as an Executive Officer and Director of Customer Care in April 2018. In March 2023, he joined enito group Inc., marking the next phase of his professional journey.
