After graduating from International Christian University, she joined Recruit Co., Ltd. and played a pivotal role in launching multiple new businesses within the advanced technology department. Her exceptional skills were recognized when she won the company-wide new business competition, leading to the development of the precursor to Zexy En-Musubi. In 2013, she transitioned to The Pokémon Company International, where she made significant contributions to business development in Seattle. In 2019, she assumed the position of Country Manager of Tinder, Japan and Taiwan, playing a key role in driving business growth. She is appointed as the CEO of with (now Enito Group) in August 2022.

This included overseeing the successful launch of a subscription-based video delivery service. Over the course of her impressive 25 year career, she successfully revitalized the Japanese business. In 2019, she assumed the role of North Asia Brand General Manager in the Asia headquarters in Shanghai, contributing to the brand's growth in the region. In September 2021, she joined with Inc. and assumed the position of Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in January 2022.

Following his graduation from Hitotsubashi University, he began his professional career at Recruit Co. Initially, he held responsibilities in system development and company-wide online marketing. Later, as an Executive Officer at Recruit Sumai Company, he focused on enhancing the media value within the housing sector, with a particular emphasis on SUUMO.
In 2018, he transitioned to Renoveru Inc., where he took on the crucial role of overseeing marketing and the IT product division. His efforts aimed to strengthen the value chain and drive the company's digital transformation (DX).
In December 2022, he joined Net Marketing Inc. He was appointed CEO of Omiai Inc. in December 2023, having served as Executive Officer and COO of that company since March of that year.

In 2003, he commenced his career at Ernst & Young Japan LLC, primarily specializing in conducting audits for domestic listed companies. In 2009, he transitioned to an accounting consulting firm, where he actively engaged in various areas such as initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His extensive experience and expertise in these domains led to his appointment as General Manager of the Corporate Division in July 2022. Additionally, he held significant roles as Director and CFO in two venture companies, with a key focus on financial operations and establishing robust internal control systems in preparation for their respective IPOs. He is a certified public accountant.

Following his graduation from university, he embarked on his professional journey at an organizational HR consulting firm, where he specialized in recruitment strategy planning and execution. Subsequently, he assumed the role of HR Manager at a smartphone game publishing company, where he held overall HR responsibilities. In 2018, he joined EY Strategy and Consulting, where he took on leadership positions in projects related to organizational HR. These included group restructuring, establishment of new companies, and post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives. In February 2022, he joined with Inc. as the Vice President of People and Head of the HR Strategy Office.

After gaining experience in multiple startup companies, he joined Rakuten, Inc. in 2006, where he made significant contributions to the launch of various innovative services within Rakuten Travel. Notably, he spearheaded the introduction of industry-first offerings such as dynamic packages and car rental services. In 2012, he assumed the role of General Manager in Rakuten's New Business Development Division, overseeing the successful launch of over 20 services, including a drone service, and implementing proof-of-concepts (PoCs). Recognizing his accomplishments, he was promoted to strengthen the structure of the development division. In March 2023, he joined Omiai, Inc. and was appointed as the Head of Engineering, taking on key responsibilities within the organization.

Following graduation, he embarked on his professional career at Accenture Japan Ltd., where he focused on new business strategy. He then ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing his own C2C service and later transitioned to GREE, Inc., where he played a key role in international business planning. Subsequently, he held notable positions including CMO at nanapi Inc. (which underwent an M&A with KDDI), marketing manager, and Head of New Business at Mercari Inc. In April 2023, he joined enito group Inc. Additionally, he obtained his MBA from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2022, further enriching his academic background.

He initiated his career in customer service at a telemarketing company, gaining early experience in the field. Subsequently, he transitioned to roles involving operational and organizational management of customer service departments in various domestic and international companies. In 2016, he became a part of Eureka Inc., where he achieved a significant milestone by introducing the first comprehensive in-house customer care system in Japan that operated with a 24/7/365 presence of operators. Recognizing his contributions, he was appointed as an Executive Officer and Director of Customer Care in April 2018. In March 2023, he joined enito group Inc., marking the next phase of his professional journey.

After graduation, he joined GREE, Inc. and worked in the social games department as a planner and then as a producer, later winning the company-wide award for the best planner. After 2016, he led several transfer projects in the company's subsidiary as a producer. In 2020, he joined DeNA Co., Ltd. As the general manager of the gaming operation, he promoted the transformation of the business structure by restructuring the cost structure and strengthening the organizational structure, and was appointed as a group executive in 2022.
